Steps:

• Go to the file or program you want to remove the icon from.
• Right click on it, then click on properties.
• Click on the Security tab, you are going to find an Edit button, click it.
• There's an Add button, click it.
• You are going to find "Enter the object name to select",
• Add this red text to it, "Authenticated users", then click on OK.
• After doing that you are going to find "Authenticated users" Into "Groups or user names:" section click one click on it ( select it ) Then go down to "Permissions for" section,
• and check The "Allow" box next to "full control"
